Wagu Beef and Truffles Ramen anyone?

So, are you a fan of Ramen? if the answer is yes, then I want to know if you are interested in finding out more on the Wagu Beef ramen?

You can currently get this a Sakagura in London Heddon Street just off Regent street, they are the more I would say upmarket sister of Shoryu Ramen.

At £18 a pot its not the cheapest- i admit, but then when is wagu beef, if you find it cheaper elsewhere, please do post it on instagram and tag me cause I would love to try it.

Ok so I managed to try this while Sakagura had a spring deal on with the ramen a special price of £10, yes you heard me.. The beef was butter soft and melted in my mouth why the truffles gave it that woody fragrance to cut through the richness of the broth.

I have always preferred the broth from Kanada -Ya, but hats off here as it really impressed, my bowl was a little salty but not to a point of having to send it back or anything and if you was ever looking to take a date to impress, this venue would definitely tick all the boxes. Free tip, no need to thank me.

Would definitely go back to try out more of their dishes and if there was another offer on, it would make it a much easier choice!
